Accessibility statement
Everyone should be able to understand our pricing, open an account and write to us, whatever their disability, device or way of browsing. Here is where we stand.
Last updated: 10 October 2026
Our commitment
We aim for level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 across the whole cryptoiban.com website, in English, French, German, Portuguese and Spanish.
Accessibility is part of how each page is designed, like the accuracy of our figures: it is not added afterwards.
Conformance status
The website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. The measures below are in place, but the website has not yet been audited by an external organisation, so we cannot claim full conformance.
Once an external audit has been carried out, this statement will be updated with its results and the planned fixes.
Measures in place
- Semantic HTML: structured headings, page landmarks (header, navigation, main content, footer), properly marked-up lists and tables, and a “Skip to content” link at the top of each page.
- Keyboard navigation: menus, tabs, account opening, the client area and forms can be reached and used with a keyboard.
- Contrast: text colours meet at least level AA. Decorative brass is never used for text on a light background: a darker shade replaces it.
- Motion: if your device asks for reduced motion, the website limits animations and does not load the home page’s background video; otherwise, a button lets you pause it at any time.
- Text alternatives: informative illustrations, such as the account and transfer mock-ups, are described in text; decorative elements are ignored by screen readers.
- Declared language: each page states its language, English, French, German, Portuguese or Spanish, so that screen readers use the right pronunciation.
- No CAPTCHA: opening an account never asks you to solve a visual or audio test; protection against bots works without any action from you.
- Without JavaScript: the account opening and client area forms also work when JavaScript is turned off.
Third-party content
We link to official sources (EUR-Lex, ESMA, national authorities…) whose accessibility does not depend on us. If one of them causes you difficulty, write to us: we will send you the information in another form.
Report a barrier
Is some content or a feature inaccessible to you? Write to us through the contact page, topic “Accessibility”. A person replies within 24 business hours and offers you an accessible alternative: the information in writing or in another form, or our help to open your account.
To help us fix the problem, please tell us, if you can:
- The address of the page concerned.
- What you were trying to do, and what stopped you.
- Your browser and, where relevant, your assistive technology (screen reader, magnifier, voice control…).
