Working at CryptoIBAN: rigour, clarity, restraint

We are building a financial service that has to be exact before it can be brilliant. There is no open position right now, but open applications are welcome.

  • Open applications welcome

No open position right now

This page does not publish placeholder job ads. When a position opens, it will be described here, with its scope and conditions. Until then, you can write to us through the contact page, topic “Job application”.

How we work

Rigour, clarity, restraint

Three words that apply to how we deal with customers and to how we work together.

  • Rigour

Every figure on the website comes from the offer configuration; every regulatory date is checked against the official text. We would rather ship one feature less than one approximation more.

  • Clarity

We write the way we would like to be written to: short sentences, direct answers, explained decisions. A customer should understand what they pay; a colleague, why we decided.

  • Restraint

Convert, pay, document: we do few things, and we do them well. We resist superfluous features and promises we could not keep.

Profiles

The profiles we would like to hear from

No list of degrees: precise skills, and a taste for work done properly.

  • Compliance

You know MiCA, anti-money-laundering rules or the transfer-of-funds regulation (TFR), and you can turn an obligation into a clear procedure that a customer understands.

  • Payments

SEPA, payee-name verification, reconciliations, transfer incidents: you know what happens between a payment order and the funds reaching the payee.

  • Product

Design, writing or engineering: you build simple journeys for serious operations, such as a readable quote, a well-chosen network or an unambiguous confirmation.

  • Bilingual support

You write as well in English as in French, with precision and warmth, for customers paying rent or taxes from abroad. You know how to say no, and to explain why.

Open application

Open application: how to write to us

No special form: the contact page is enough.

  1. Open the contact page

Go to the contact page and choose the topic “Job application”.

  2. Introduce yourself in a few lines

The area that draws you, the comparable work you have already done, and a link to your CV or professional profile. Write in English or French, whichever you prefer.

  3. Show one precise piece of work

A procedure you wrote, an incident you solved, a customer reply that made a difference: one concrete example beats a list of adjectives. Never send confidential documents from a current or former employer.

  4. A person reads it

If your profile matches a need, now or later, we suggest a first conversation.

Questions about applications

Do you have open positions?

No, not at the moment. When a position opens, it will be published on this page, with its scope and conditions. We do not post placeholder job ads.

Does an open application make sense without an opening?

Yes. It lets us get to know people before we open a position. Be specific about what you want to do: a targeted application gets reread, a generic one gets lost.

Do I need a crypto background?

No. Solid experience in compliance, payments, product or support matters more. How networks and stablecoins work can be learned; rigour, much less so.

How is my application data used?

Only to review your application. You can ask us to delete it at any time, through the contact page. Our privacy policy sets out your rights.
