Freelancers and suppliers

Pay contractors with crypto, invoice by invoice.

Pay contractors with crypto without asking them to take crypto: they receive a SEPA transfer in euros, with their invoice number as the reference, from a Belgian IBAN in your own name.

  • Saved payees
  • Invoice number as reference
  • PDF proof of payment

Who you can pay

Pay contractors with crypto, in 41 countries

They change nothing: all they need is an IBAN in the SEPA area and an invoice in euros.

  • Freelancers

Designer, translator, developer: each invoice paid on receipt, with its number as the reference.

  • Agencies

Studio, web agency, consultancy: saved once, then paid in a few clicks.

  • Tradespeople

Renovation, plumbing, joinery: the down payment, then the balance, each with its own reference.

  • Suppliers

Equipment, software, services: a transfer in euros to any IBAN in the SEPA area.

From invoice to receipt

An invoice received, paid, then filed

  1. Check the invoice

Amount, contractor’s name, IBAN and invoice number: everything the transfer needs is on it.

  2. Save the payee

The first time, enter their name and IBAN. After that, they are in your saved payees.

  3. Convert the amount due

Deposit your crypto and convert the invoice amount. The firm price, 1% fee included, appears before you confirm.

  4. Send with the invoice number

The transfer goes out in euros and arrives by the next business day at the latest. The reference lets the contractor match the payment.

  5. Pass on the proof

Download the PDF receipt and attach it to the invoice for your accountant.

Before each payment

A new IBAN on an invoice? Check before you send

An email announcing new payment details always deserves a check. Call your contractor on the number you already know, not the one in the message.

The payee name is also checked before each payment. The result appears before you confirm: match, close match with the suggested name, no match, or verification not possible. The decision to send stays yours; if in doubt, call first.

For an agency or a company, enter the exact name of the account holder as shown on the invoice, rather than its trading name.

Before you open

A personal account, in your own name

The account is opened in your own name, as an individual. It suits you if you pay contractors yourself; it is not designed for a company.

It works for

  • Invoices made out to you
  • Work on your home
  • Suppliers of your freelance activity
  • Down payments and final payments

It does not work for

  • Paying on behalf of a company
  • Opening an account in a company’s name
  • Sending a currency other than the euro
  • Paying an IBAN outside the SEPA area

Paying a contractor: your questions

My contractor is based in another country. Is that possible?

Yes, if they have an IBAN in one of the 41 SEPA countries and invoice in euros. The transfer arrives by the next business day at the latest.

Can I pay an invoice addressed to my company?

No: the account is personal and transfers go out in your name. Use it for invoices made out to you, including for your freelance activity. A company needs an account in its own name.

Can my accountant use the receipts?

Each transfer has a PDF receipt showing the payee, amount, date and reference. Attached to the invoice, it documents the payment. The rules specific to your activity are for your accountant to confirm.

Can I pay a down payment, then the balance?

Yes, as two separate transfers, each with its own reference: “Down payment invoice 2026-114”, then “Balance invoice 2026-114”. Your contractor can then match each payment without confusion.

What if I use the wrong IBAN?

A transfer that has been executed cannot be cancelled on your side. Contact us straight away: a recall request can be made, with no certainty of success. Hence the importance of the name check before sending.

I pay large amounts every month. What does it cost?

Up to €20,000 a month, standard pricing applies: 1% all-in on the conversion, €0 per transfer. Above that, pricing is quoted on request. High volumes may also call for proof of where the funds come from.

Pay your next invoice from your crypto

Save your contractors once, then pay each invoice in euros: €0 per SEPA transfer, no subscription.
