Step by step

Your deposit, step by step

Choose the amount first, then follow the instructions for that payment.

  1. Choose your amount

Enter at least $500. You can choose any amount up to $1,000,000, with up to two decimal places.

  2. Select the crypto and network

USDT on Tron (TRC20) or Ethereum (ERC20), BTC on Bitcoin, ETH on Ethereum, and SOL on Solana. Select the exact asset and network in the payment modal.

  3. Open the payment modal

Continue to payment to get the exact crypto amount, address, QR code and quote expiry time.

  4. Send the exact amount

Use the specified network. Pay any wallet or network fee separately so the full requested amount arrives.

  5. Follow confirmation

The payment status updates automatically. Your funds are credited after confirmation; the initial deposit also activates your IBAN.

Assets and networks

Supported assets and networks for deposits

One asset, one network, one address. If your network isn’t listed here, don’t send: the funds could be lost.

ETHEther Crypto-asset

Always use the network shown with your deposit address. Crypto sent on the wrong network may be lost permanently.

The right network

Same token, different networks: the mistake to avoid

USDT is supported on two distinct networks: Tron (TRC20) and Ethereum (ERC20). An address created for one must not be used for the other.

BTC uses Bitcoin, ETH uses Ethereum, and SOL uses Solana. Base, Arbitrum and Polygon are not offered by this deposit flow.

Always copy the instructions from the current payment modal. A prior payment can have a different address, amount or expiry.

  • Same asset and network on both sides
  • Exact amount from the current payment
  • Network fees paid separately

Before sending

Check your payment instructions

These details determine where your payment arrives.

In the payment modal

  • Crypto and network
  • Exact amount and address
  • Quote validity

In your wallet

  • Select the matching network
  • Copy the whole address
  • Keep enough for network fees

Avoid

  • A different asset or network
  • Reusing an expired payment
  • Sharing your recovery phrase

Wrong network, lost funds

A blockchain transfer cannot be reversed. A wrong asset, network or address can result in lost funds. Use only the current payment instructions.

FAQ

Your questions about deposits

What is the minimum deposit?

Every deposit, including the initial one, starts at $500. This is money added to your account, not an opening fee.

Can I deposit from a crypto exchange?

Yes, from an account opened in your name. When you withdraw, choose exactly the network shown with your deposit address: exchanges often offer several networks for the same asset. They may also charge their own withdrawal fee, separate from ours.

Can I deposit USDT?

Yes. USDT is available on Tron (TRC20) and Ethereum (ERC20). Choose the network before opening the payment modal, then send the exact amount to the address shown. The minimum deposit is $500.

How long does a deposit take?

It depends on the network: each blockchain has its own confirmation pace, and a busy network is slower. Once the required confirmations are reached, your deposit is credited and you can request your quote.

What if the price moves during my deposit?

Pay the exact crypto amount while the payment quote is valid. If the quote has expired, open a new payment. The rate for a later conversion into euros is shown separately before you confirm it.

Do you charge for deposits?

No, we don’t charge for the deposit. You pay the network fee, collected by the blockchain and not by CryptoIBAN, then 1% all-in when you convert.

I sent on the wrong network: what now?

Contact us right away with the transaction ID. We will tell you what can be tried, but a blockchain transaction is irreversible and the funds may be lost permanently.

Ready for your first deposit?

Enter your first and last name, then make an initial deposit of at least $500. Your IBAN is usable once the payment is confirmed.
