Questions about supported assets

Can I deposit USDC or EURC?

These assets are not currently offered in the deposit payment modal. Use one of the listed options and do not send another token to its address. See the deposit availability pages for USDC and EURC.

Can I use any Ethereum-compatible network?

No. USDT ERC20 and ETH deposits use Ethereum. Base, Polygon and Arbitrum are not supported in this flow.

What amount can I deposit?

Choose an amount from $500. The modal calculates the exact crypto amount for your payment.

Does a deposit activate my IBAN?

Enter your first and last name, then make an initial deposit of at least $500. Your IBAN is usable once the payment is confirmed.
